Our family inherited the Rainbow Trout business with the farm. We have expanded the business and have really enjoyed meeting many local chefs in the Stratford area. Stratford is home to a lot of unique restaurants who are choosing to buy local and we are so thankful to be part of this trend. We have learned a lot about raising fish in a healthy aquaculture business. The trout are prized by the chefs for taste. We personally think it is the clean clear spring fed water that is responsible for the great non-fishy flavour.
